The DC/RC has been an AMA chartered
Club for over 58 years (Charted in 1953) with a current
membership of over 200 members. |

The DC/RC is meets and has its flying field in Montgomery County, Maryland. |

The DC/RC is respected across the
country as a pioneer in model aviation. |

The DC/RC has a flight
training program
for all its members, including
instructors, two club demonstrator planes with buddy-boxes, and plenty of free advice on
getting started in RC. |

As a
member you
get a great monthly newsletter, interesting programs at the monthly meetings, (held the third Friday of each month),
a safe place to fly, and many club sponsored activities (e.g.; Oktoberfest) throughout the
year. |

The DC/RC Club runs and maintains the
current model field for Its members to use, as well as
being involved in the planning of future flying sites for the club flyers. |
